Curriculum Development
& Train the Trainer
In addition to leading impactful trainings, we also help organizational partners increase in-house training capacity. We provide extensive support to organizations who want to develop or enhance their internal training curriculum. We collaboratively create curriculum from scratch on a number of clinical and social justice topics, or enhance the trainings you already run.
For organizations who want to develop their staff as in-house facilitators, we lead train-the-trainer programs on specific curriculum, as well as general facilitator trainings.

Clinical Supervision
We solely partner with organizations to provide ongoing individual and group supervision to mental health practitioners and trainees, centering an intersectional, trauma-informed, systems approach. Our supervision contextualizes clinical work in the context of power, privilege, and oppression. For approved agency-based settings, we are able to provide clinical supervision that counts towards the LCSW hours.
Our supervisees develop engagement, assessment, and treatment skills necessary for working across multiple lines of difference. They develop a deeper understanding of self in relation to their social identities and their relationship to power, privilege, and oppression.
