Our organizational development work operationalizes social justice values into more equitable organizational practices.
We co-create customized solutions with clients to address common organizational challenges of equity, power and intersectional identity. We believe that the best results happen when all levels of the organization take ownership over the importance of equity work. Because of this, we engage the entire workforce in building the solutions needed and empower staff to continue the work after the completion of the consulting project. Using our skills as trained clinicians and facilitators, we hold space for difficult conversations and support both individual and collective growth within organizations
